Transport Engineer
Installs, maintains and repairs physical transport and/or wide area network equipment. Analyzes existing networks and equipment and identifies opportunities for improvement. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers’ needs. Develops solutions that meet business requirements. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Software Design Engineer
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Following general guidelines and accepted technical approaches performs tasks in the design, development, and implementation of software engineering applications, the analysis and investigation of software engineering project tasks, the definition of design specifications and parameters, development and application of standard routines and utility programs, resolution of hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations and analysis of system architecture requirements and structure.

Network Engineer Sr
The Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) is a statewide research and education network connecting 1,800 locations throughout the state of Utah. This network provides primary, secondary and higher education locations access to the Internet and national research networks. UETN also provide services to dozens of hospitals and clinics for telehealth applications. We are seeking an experienced DevOps Network Engineer who will lead in development in network automation tools for staging, service provisioning, configuration, management and lab regression testing.

Network Engineer Sr
This position will design, implement and maintain dark fiber and Ciena DWDM optical network for UETN.

Technical Support Analyst
Located in the state-of-the-art UETN Operations Center, housed at the Eccles Broadcast Center on the University of Utah campus, this is a service desk position that provides daily technical support and assistance for the Utah Education and Telehealth Network’s Interactive Video Conferencing system. The UETN-IVC system utilizes cutting edge distance learning technologies, applications and platforms for statewide higher education, and public education synchronous and a-synchronous, interactive distance education programs.

Sr Accountant
Performs complex accounting tasks such as preparing budgets, and reviewing expenditures and income detail. Analyzed general ledger account balances and processed guidance to lover level accounting personnel.

Systems Administrator
We are looking for a System Administrator. You’ll be joining a team that is responsible for managing storage, server and virtual hosting infrastructures. System Administrator responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems. System Administrator has on-call remote technical work on a rotating basis and this is an essential function of this position.

Program Assistant
Provides support and assists with the overall administration and development of specific department programs.
