1. The theme support doesn’t involve customizing the theme for you. You can use the features to build your site. You can learn more about item support policy.
2/3. This aren’t theme-specific questions but broadly apply to any good quality WordPress theme. A faster theme like SmartMag will help but still this is more to do with proper WordPress knowledge for scaling it for a high-traffic site with proper caching and adequate servers. This is not something we’ll assist with.
4. If you used a proper WordPress theme before, no import is needed. Posts should work fine.

Amazing theme, spectacular work!
I do have a question, though: I’ve disabled the off-menu in the Customizer (and even tried removing it through CSS, but it still keeps popping up randomly (desktop and mobile view), especially when viewing the website through a new browser.
How can I disable it? Could you please share the appropriate CSS code?

Hi,
I have 2 serious problems.
1) I bought the Coinbase theme. However, a Smartmag advertisement has been placed on all pages of the theme. These ads cannot be removed with options like Elementor or Customise. How can I remove these ads?
2) The section showing the cryptocurrency prices doesn’t work. It just shows [ccpw id=4248].

1. If you have imported full sample content, it will also include sample ads. Of course these can be replaced/removed by using Elementor (if they’re in homepage body) or from Customize > Ads & Content if they’re global.
