Emerging Media Technologies is an interdisciplinary program that integrates media design, computing and engineering. The program provides comprehensive overviews and hands-on experiences in digital, tangible and interactive media.

The Computer Science associate degree program provides students with the first two years of study leading to a baccalaureate degree in computer science, computer information science, computer systems technology, computer engineering technology or applied mathematics. A human services grad does community organization and outreach, counseling, advocacy, and case management with populations in need. Graduates work in not-for-profit agencies and hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, schools, courts, community based, mental, public health centers and the human resources field. There is a high demand for human services professionals.

We offer the first baccalaureate program in paralegal studies at any public college in New York State, to meet the ever-increasing need for a highly trained workforce to support law firms and the legal system. Many grads continue to law school. The bachelor’s degree program is the only one in New York City with ABA accreditation.

These two Bachelor of Science programs prepare students for positions as career/technical and technology teachers. Students can get provisional certification en route to teach in New York public middle and high schools.
