I signed up for a free trial and 80% of the answers to my questions were wrong. Tried to delete my account to avoid renewal and had a bunch of problems. Only option is to get them to do it for you. More anxiety I didn't need! GARBAGE.

The tutors are great. The problem is the app is not working, a constantly bunch of error messages or just idling. I uninstalled and re-install the app, and it is still not working

Waste of time and moneyThis app is a waste of time and money. Your questions only get rejected no matter how you upload them. There's just some type of "reason" it could not be answered. I subscribed to get quick help as they advertise and then it got rejected anyway 10 hours later.
