I found five land conveyances for block number 115 which is the block number for 41 Tillary Street.
The first land conveyance was dated May 1, 1825
Grantor’s: Johnson, William Lupton
Grantees: Walter Whitman
The second land conveyance was dated March 3, 1831
Grantor’s: Whitman, Walter
Grantees: Samuel Willis
This second land conveyance was blue and on the side it says “lease”
The third land conveyance was dated July 20, 1831
Grantor’s: Samuel Willis
Grantees: George Gault and his Wife
The fourth land coveyance was dated 1834
Grantor’s: Johnson William and Wife
Grantees: Issac Odell
The fifth land conveyance was dated 1835
Grantor’s: Issac Odell
Grantees: Samuel M.
